ASCENTRA / PRIVACY
Privacy policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026. This notice covers enquiries and trial-access requests submitted through this website.
1. Who is responsible?
The data controller is ASCENTRA Matsvei Klyha, Poland. NIP: 6762679915. REGON: 540009856.
Correspondence address: 30-524 Kraków, Poland.
For privacy enquiries and rights requests, contact us through our contact form or by post to the address above. For a privacy request, you may enter “not applicable” in the company field.
2. Information we process
When you contact us, we receive your name, company, email address, optional plate dimensions, project description and privacy acknowledgement. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project description. Hosting and email systems may also process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and browser information.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use your details to respond to enquiries, assess trial suitability and arrange requested access. Where you request steps towards an agreement with us, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business representatives and general correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries under Article 6(1)(f). Security and abuse prevention also rely on legitimate interests. Where a legal record-keeping obligation applies, the basis is Article 6(1)(c).
The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Its acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to advertising. Providing required fields is voluntary, but without them we cannot process the online request.
4. Service providers and transfers
Website hosting is provided through WordPress.com / Automattic. Our email provider processes correspondence, and authorised service providers may process data as needed to operate and secure the website or handle your request. We may disclose information where required by law. Provider infrastructure can involve processing outside the EEA; applicable adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are used where required. Contact us for details about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
For hosting-related processing, see Automattic’s visitor privacy notice and privacy policy.
5. How long we keep information
We retain enquiry correspondence while handling your request and assessing the requested access, and afterwards only where needed for an ongoing relationship, legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending claims. Retention is determined by the purpose, applicable legal periods and whether the information is still necessary. You may contact us to ask about retention for your enquiry or request deletion.
The form does not create a separate lead database. Its anti-abuse counter uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address and expires after 10 minutes without a new accepted submission. Email, hosting logs and backups have separate retention arrangements.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl), or another competent supervisory authority. We do not use these enquiry details for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Cookies and hosting features
The custom enquiry form does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WordPress.com and enabled site features may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security, statistics or other purposes. Hosting-related details and choices are described in Automattic’s cookie policy. Where non-essential tracking requires consent, it must remain disabled until that consent is given.
8. Trial access and updates
This notice covers the website request. Any additional processing associated with a trial account or uploaded project data will be explained when access is arranged. We may update this notice as the website or its services change.
